DIRECTIONS The BEST way to get to Cold Spring from New York City is by train.   Our Village is 1 short block from the Cold Spring train station stop.  (approximately a 1 hr. beautiful train ride).  Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful views up the Hudson River.  Click here to view train schedule and fare information. Directions from Manhattan:  Cross the George Washington bridge on the upper level.  Stay in the right lane.  Take the Palisades Parkway exit (1st exit over the bridge). Head north approximately 35 miles.  Go halfway around the circle and cross the Bear Mountain Bridge. Immediately after the bridge take a left onto 9D. Head north thru Garrison to Cold Spring. Take a left at the light onto Main Street.  Directions from Westchester: Take the Taconic State Pkwy North to Route 301 West (Fahnestock State Park).  Go west 8 miles to the Village of Cold Spring (301 becomes Main Street). Directions from Connecticut: Take Interstate 84 to Route 9 South.  Go approximately 8 miles south to Route 301.  Take a right at the light and go 2 miles into the Village of Cold Spring. Directions from Albany: Take Interstate 87 South to Interstate 84 East (Newburgh).  Cross the Newburgh-Beacon bridge and get off at the Exit immediately after the toll booth (Beacon exit).  Take a right on to 9D and head south for approximately 6 miles.  Take a right at the light onto Main St. and into the Village of Cold Spring
